We scope the requirement, engage the professionals the project needs, hold the timeline and keep every party informed. The client deals with us rather than with five firms in three countries.
How do you charge?
A fixed fee against a defined scope of work. 75% of professional fees plus 100% of third-party and government fees on engagement, the balance on completion.
Do you work with companies already operating in the United States?
Yes. Alongside market entry we support established companies with ongoing administration, management reporting and provider coordination.
